These Terms govern your access to and use of Scholar Pro Connect (the “Service”), a revision-notes platform for CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 students.

1. Eligibility & accounts

Access requires authentication through a supported identity provider (Google or Microsoft) with a verified email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Use of notes

Notes and other study material are provided for your personal revision. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the content without written permission. Material is aligned to the CBSE syllabus but is not an official CBSE publication.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to circumvent the Service’s security controls, scrape content in bulk, or share your account access with others.

4. No warranty

Content is provided “as is” for study support. While we aim for accuracy, Scholar Pro Connect is not liable for examination outcomes or for errors in the material, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
